These rooms allow you to release your inner toddler and, kitted out in full protective gear, throw an adult-sized tantrum, by taking a bat to a bottle; a sledgehammer to a TV, throw a plate against the wall or throw a coffee cup up like a baseball and swing at it.

Good to know - You can participate solo or with a group.

Need to know - Children under 18 are permitted into the Rage Cage Smash Room facility. However, if you are under 18, you must participate with supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
