Jabiru Island Park
Paradise Point
Jabiru Island Park is an idyllic waterfront family playground, great for small children and located just behind a soft sandy beach at Paradise Point.
The beach slopes gently down to a completely netted, enclosed swimming area - just be sure to take along a bucket, spade and swimming gear.

Part of the Phil Hill Environmental Park, from the car park, follow the pathway under the bridge where there is a 330 metre (wheelchair accessible) boardwalk passing a variety of protected mangroves leading to a sea eagle eyrie. This is a popular fishing spot overlooking the Coomera River (officially known as Coomera Fish Habitat Area).

Jabiru Island has wheelchair-friendly toilets, as well as four electric barbecues. The playground area has plenty of shady Casuarina trees and is dotted with both outdoor and undercover picnic tables.

There is a boat ramp at Jabiru Island, where it is possible for boats or kayaks to access picturesque Coombabah Creek, Coomera River, or nearby Coomera Island.

In a nutshell - Protected swimming/fishing area with beachside playground, picnic areas and stunning foreshore boardwalk - highly recommended to byo aquatic equipment.
Nice to know - Take the Hope Island Exit off Pacific Motorway, then head east and turn off Broadwater Ave directly into the Jabiru Island boat ramp and car park.
