Fortitude Brewing Company is one of South East Queensland's best microbreweries and cellar doors on top of Tamborine Mountain, where customers can while away a few hours in the open air beer garden drinking award-winning craft beer.
Located in Eagle Heights on the town's well-known tourist strip, Gallery Walk, the beer is brewed fresh onsite, handcrafted from premium ingredients.
Brewed under two labels, Fortitude Brewery Company's core line-up of session beers includes Interceptor pale ale and Charger lager; while more creative brews are crafted under Noisy Minor. Try Master Blaster Caribbean extra stout or Admiral Ackbar Anti-Imperial red ale. An alcoholic ginger beer, Roots & Leaves, is also on tap.
The food here is just as good as the beer with woodfired, gourmet pizzas, thick-cut rustic fries and sweet potato fries filling hungry bellies.
