White Oat Distillery

White Oat Distillery is a gin distillery and cocktail bar located in a warehouse space in Biggera Waters. 

Combining delicious sips with good vibes and a relaxed atmosphere, White Oat Distillery is the perfect place to gather with friends for some laidback drinks in cool surroundings. 

The unassuming shed-like venue is home to shiny copper distilling equipment, that catches your eye immediately upon arrival. Long wooden high tables occupy the space, along with festoon lights and booze barrels, creating a fun, bright and open space that is perfect for a variety of occasions. Behind the pastel-pink counters you'll find a range of signature White Oat Distillery gins from London Dry Gin and Berry Pink Gin to Strawberry and Apple Sour Gin and the Mango Chilli Gin. A range of experimental drops are also available to try. 

Traditionalists can sample a gin paddle of the core range or their choice of White Oat gin with tonic or soda. Those eager to experiment can try one of White Oat's signature cocktails like the Dusty Sunrise (Maple Bourbon Gin, lemon, blood orange and aquafaba), Mango Weis Bar (Mango Gin, mango, lemon, vanilla), Spicy Mango Margy (Chilli Mango Gin, orange, lime, agave) or Basil Smash (London Dry Gin, lime, basil). A selection of beer and wine is also available. 

Pair your drinks with a range of snack-style eats like build-your-own charcuterie boards, cheese, meat, jerky or chips.
