Refinery Coffee Currumbin Waters

Refinery Coffee is a stunning split-level warehouse cafe located behind a white picket fence in Currumbin Waters.

Customers can take a seat in the industrial chic light-filled interior space, which also has a cosy upstairs mezzanine level, or outside in the front courtyard garden and enjoy all day brunch or coffee and baked treat, and, after 10am, a mimosa, beer or wine.

The eclectic all day foodie's menu has something for everyone; starting with classic dishes like bacon & fried egg roll with house made relish & Hollandaise; acai bowl with house made toasted granola, coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit; or smashed avo on toast with pickled radish and cashew cream.

Other creative dishes include Turkish-style eggs with flatbread, house made dill labneh, chilli oil & suma; poached rhubarb & pear rice porridge (on coconut milk with an almond crumble & coconut yoghurt); chilli scram with goats cheese, chilli oil, fried shallots & house made smoky chilli sambal on sourdough; or crispy savoury rice waffle with grilled kale, soy-marinated boiled egg, pickled yuzu daikon, vegan miso mayo, furikake & smoked salmon.

Meanwhile lunch-style dishes, which are also available all day, include Nasi Goreng (with a crispy fried egg, sautéed brown rice, onions, greens, sweet soy sauce, scrambled egg, crispy fried shallots & house made smoky chilli sambal); crispy fried chicken burger with an Asian herb slaw, cheddar cheese & house-made smoky sriracha mayo; and Vietnamese style salad with grilled chicken, vermicelli noodles, spinach, carrot, pickled yuzu daikon, peanuts, mint & nuac cham dressing.

Diners can also elevate their brunch experience with Refinery Coffee's popular Bottomless Brunch, where you pick any dish and enjoy 1.5 hours of mimosas to accompany. Note that this is an “all in” booking where everyone at the table must take part, with non-alcoholic mimosas available for those who don’t drink.

Refinery Coffee also offer a selection of exquisite daily baked treats that are the perfect accompaniment to their excellent coffee (choose from two blends by local roasters Blackboard Coffee); matcha (iced, latte, iced float or soft serve); organic cacao hot chocolate, turmeric or chai latte; or pot of organic loose leaf tea. Cold drinks include milk shakes, smoothies and cold pressed juice along with mimosa and a small selection of beer and wine from 10am.
