Rise & Set

Rise & Set is a funky foodie's cafe in a stunning architectually designed warehouse style space, found off the beaten track in the northern Gold Coast suburb of Coombabah. 

Customers can take a seat outside or in the gorgeous light-filled interior space with its soaring ceilings, striking timber walls and lush greenery.

Delicious breakfast dishes include the likes of Avocado Tomato Salsa; Grilled Asian Mushroom with toasted garlic sourdough, croquettes and ricotta cheese; or Breakfast Tacos (slow cooked pulled pork, chat potato, tomato corn avocado salsa, blue cheese chipotle and lemon black sesame).

Other breakfast dishes might include Red Velvet Pancake (with strawberry ricotta, cookies & cream crust); or Kofta & Croquettes (lamb Kofta, potato croquette, spinach, beetroot chutney with poached eggs & bacon bits); or  Potato Bravas Shakshouka.

The eclectic lunch menu includes dishes such as Porkwich or Hot Plate Pork Belly; Wagyu or Chicken Burger; Beef Cheek Lasagne; Lamb Kofta or Kale Quinoa Salad; and Fish-Open Tortillas.

As for the drinks menu, it's an absolute stand-out, with, alongside a selection of well-brewed coffee and organic tea, unique offerings like Special Hot (red velvet beetroot muse espresso, chocolate, coconut milk & beetroot); Horchata Delight (espresso, infused cinnamon, oatmeal, chocolate drizzle and cinnamon rim); and Burn Matcha Burnt (white chocolate espresso, honey & coconut milk with toasted marshmallows on top). There's also honey ice coffee, mango matcha and oreo drop coffee as well as smoothies, frappes, beer and cocktails.
