Sink your teeth into a range of delectable small plates such as freshly-shucked oysters, Byron Bay burrata, kingfish ceviche, beef tartare, Moreton Bay bugs in garlic, chilli and lemon butter and sizzling garlic prawns with tomato, garlic, herb butter and lemon. 

Larger dishes include barramundi with pan-fried, chorizo, mussels and truss cherry tomato; tiger prawn risotto with abalone, lemon scented crème fraiche and caviar; chicken breast with baby spinach, potato fondant, black truffle paste and champagne sauce; seafood linguine with lobster, clams, prawns, chilli, garlic, evoo and fresh herbs; mussel hot pot with garlic, white wine, fresh herbs, cream and crusty bread - just to name a few!  

Opt for one of Glass Dining's signature share-style plates, a 500g Black Angus chateaubriand with truffle mash, broccolini, beans, red wine jus and béarnaise or the seafood platter, which includes oysters three ways, grilled fish, king prawns, squid, scallops, Moreton Bay bugs, half lobster, mussels, battered fish and French fries. Trust us, you won't leave hungry! 

Sweet tooths can stick their fork into a dark chocolate tart, creme brulee, mango and passionfruit tapioca pudding, a selection of affogatos or a salted caramel cheesecake - which literally looks like a slice of cheese.
