Signature dishes include the seafood platter and seafood tower as well as a prawn and black pepper clay pot and even slow cooked pork ribs.

First up on the seafood tower is the Salmon Tartare. This is a refreshing and flavourful dish featuring delicate slices of fresh salmon sashimi paired with crispy rice paper chips. Topped with red onion, lemongrass, and coriander, it’s a delightful balance of textures and flavours. The luxurious salmon is complemented by the crunch of the rice paper chips and the lemongrass provides a fragrant, zesty finish. This dish is a vibrant fusion of fresh ingredients that offers a light, yet satisfying bite.

Heading down the Seafood Tower to dish number two…The Grilled King Prawns are a mouthwatering dish that showcases the natural sweetness and succulence of perfectly grilled prawns. Each plump prawn is charred to perfection, offering a smokey, delicious aroma while remaining tender and juicy inside. The accompanying Thai dipping sauce elevates the dish with it’s bold, vibrant flavours.

For fans of the more classic Thai dishes, the Tide Bar & Kitchen menu has plenty to choose from in that department! From the Appetisers, the veggie curry puffs and chicken satay sticks are absolute standouts.

To lighten your meal, the selection of salads, including a papaya salad and the popular “Tide Salad”, are an excellent addition to any noodle or curry dish! But the dish of the day has to be the Beef Massaman Curry - perfectly creamy, unbelievably tender and a generous portion too!

Another menu highlight is the Deep Fried Barramundi  - a crisp and flavourful dish that showcases the delicate, flaky texture of the fish. The whole barramundi is expertly battered and fried to golden perfection, creating a crunchy, golden crust that contrasts beautifully with the tender, moist fish inside. Personalise your dish with the option of 4 different dipping sauces!

Don’t forget to finish off your meal with the Mango Sticky Rice! The regulars say it’s not to be missed.
