Juju is a stunning 2-level restaurant and rooftop bar nestled in the Nobby Beach dining and shopping precinct at the southern end of Mermaid Beach, the kind of place you can drop in for dinner and go upstairs to drink and dance the night away under the stars.

Downstairs is the striking contemporary restaurant with a chic coastal vibe, featuring retro-inspired dining tables and chairs and curved leather booths, with backlit walls and hanging plants.

The restaurant serves up next level modern Australian cuisine, using the highest quality ingredients, with small share plates including sashimi, seared scallops with corn and salsa, duck rillette, steak tartare and crispy truffle arancini.

Mains include 'Coastal Catch' such as seafood pasta, spanner crab or prawn & mushroom risotto; 'Farm to Table' including braised black onyx beef cheeks or confit pork belly with wild rice; and the 'Signature Australia Wagyu Range' featuring Wagyu rump cap or flank and Ranger Valley Wagyu tenderloin with truffle mash, black garlic and madeira jus. And for dessert there's the likes of pumpkin meringue tarte, lamington or strawberry cheescake.

Upstairs the gorgeous rooftop bar is the perfect spot for everything from sunset cocktails to late night tipples and a dance under the stars. 

Decked out in neon pink and featuring a giant lit-up tree in the centre, it would have to be one of the most striking bars on the entire Gold Coast. 

The impressive cocktail list covers all of the classics from Martinis to Margaritas and Mojitos, along with a tempting Spritz menu (including mandarin, raspberry, passionfruit and strawberry basil) and luscious signature cocktails like Pistachio Sour, Tequila Honeybee, Pistachio Sour, Pulm Pleasure and Smoked Maple Margarita.

Beers include mostly local craft beers and wines are sourced from Australia and around the world while the lengthy spirits menu is a mix of standard and boutique finds, with liqueurs including absinthe, schapps, and a selection of hard-to-find Italian, German and French liqueurs.

To accompany there's a menu of delicious bar snacks ranging from oysters and corn ribs to sliders (softshell crab, smoked beef brisket or white fishcake), charcuterie or cheese boards and larger dishes such as signature prawn toast, fried chicken, potato croquettes, sushi and popcorn prawns. 

Good to know - There's a small kids menu. Juju is available for functions, including a fabulous Sunday brunch with set menu.
