Cadillac Supper Club is a retro Italo-American style bar and pizzeria serving up a delicious selection of pizza and Italian dishes, mouthwatering martinis and vinyl-spinning DJs.
A sister venue to Coolangatta's Bar Evelyn, Cadillac Supper Club offers a vintage-inspired laidback vibe with its moody lighting, warm timber panelling, black and white checkered tiles and burgundy booths.
Punters can perch at the bar, an intimate booth, main dining area or in the ten-seat private dining area - perfect for small gatherings and special events.
On the menu are a concise selection of Italian dishes, with a choice of anchovy crostini or whipped feta to start; a handful of pasta dishes including spaghetti carbonara and fusilli vodka sauce; and a small range of artisan pizzas with toppings such as salami and hot honey; pork and fennel (with spicy nduja vodka sauce); or zucchini bianco (garlic confit, mozzarella, fior de latte, lemon zest, pickled red onion, stracciatella and sweet & sour chilli).
The drinks menu ranges from Cadillac's signature margarita and martini to a range of local beer and Euro-inspired wines.
Good to know: As the sun goes down, direct your gaze to glowing disco ball which hangs above a DJ booth that is spinning beats until late.
