Hotel Jardin is a stunning three-level luxe piano bar and restaurant headed by notable chef, Chef Minh Le, located in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

Occupying three exciting areas inside the Chevron Renaissance, Hotel Jardin features a ground floor Lobby Bar and level 1 Piano Bar, along with SABA Kitchen – a lush, pan-Asian dining room led by Executive Chef Minh Le.

Housed within a sleek, modern setting, SABA Kitchen offers a curated playful and spice-driven menu that Minh is known for, with dishes including a mix of robata-grilled skewers, sashimi kissed with yuzu and game-farm duck glazed with honey.

At the heart of Hotel Jardin’s first chapter sits the Piano Bar, a moody, late-night space where the baby grand takes centre stage. With a Paris-meets-Gold Coast energy, the venue transforms classic and contemporary hits into soulful, live reinterpretations.

Live performances from singalong anthems to ballads with jazzy twists light up the night every Thursday and Friday, while curated playlists set the tone throughout the week.

The jewel in the crown, Hotel Jardin’s highly anticipated rooftop will be a space designed for highball cocktails, cascading greenery and starlit revelry.

With spaces that move effortlessly from intimate piano sessions to private celebrations and large-scale events, Hotel Jardin is set to become Surfers Paradise’s new go-to destination for dining, drinks and live entertainment.

Need to know - The ground floor Lobby Bar, level 1 Piano Bar and SABA Kitchen are now open, while the rooftop bar will open in early 2026.
