Expect unique dishes such as crab and prawn dumplings in yellow curry; betel leaf wrapped prawn with chilli, Thai herbs, roasted coconut, ginger, lime and caviar; wagyu tataki with cucumber, capsicum, red onion, wasabi leaf, lime dressing and caviar; and roasted lamb rack with Thai herbs, Dutch carrot and broccolini.
