Brisbane baking queen Brooke Bellamy of Brooki Bakehouse fame is set to open her first Gold Coast store in Pacific Fair in July, 2025.
The baker and social media star, whose Brisbane store has queues out the door every day, will be bringing her famous cookies and other baked goods to the Gold Coast so locals will no longer have to travel to Brisbane for their fix.
Gold Coast residents can look forward to savouring the cookie flavours Brooki Bakehouse is renowned for, alongside other artisan sweet treats, with giveaways and opening-day surprises on the cards too.
