Main St. Provedore Eatery & Espresso, located on Tamborine Mountain, is a specialty pastry and coffee dispensary by day and sophisticated fine diner by night.
Led by head chef and owner Brendan Schutz, this cosy and compact spot has become a firm favourite of foodies, on and off the mountain.
Main St. Provedore dishes up a delightful array of breads, pastries that are freshly baked inhouse each day, and coffee from early morning. Come lunchtime, guests can enjoy a cheese plate, deli-style sandwich and a glass of wine.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, the space transforms into an intimate restaurant catering to up to 16 people. Here, diners can indulge in a flavour-filled five course set menu that showcases the freshest local ingredients.
