That's Whyld Coffee Roasters is a funky espresso bar and organic coffee roastery tucked away in a Miami warehouse.
With a strong focus on both coffee and community, That's Whyld is a place where coffee enthusiasts, baristas and cafe owners can come together and enjoy an amazing brew and a chat about coffee.
Having started life in 2021 as a small batch back yard venture, That's Whyld is the brainchild of coffee fanatic Rachel-May Follan, who for 16 years honed her craft as a barista before turning her passion into roasting.
Customers can take a seat inside where there's a scattering of milk crates, cushions and recycled furniture or out back in the astro-turfed covered courtyard and enjoy one of the best coffees to be found on the Gold Coast.
To accompany the coffee there's also a delicious array of sweet and savoury baked treats from local artisan bakery Burleigh Baker.
Good to know - Bags of freshly roasted beans are available to purchase for take home.
