Osteria del Mare is a chic, charming and authentic Italian restaurant and pizzeria nestled in the heart of Burleigh Heads' bustling dining and shopping precinct. 

Using top quality ingredients, both local and imported from Italy, all pastas are handmade fresh daily on premise as are the pizzas, whose bases are risen for 48 hours and cooked on the stone. 

The menu has a seafood flavour, with entrees including freshly shucked oysters, garlic Mooloolaba prawns, tuna carpaccio, land  fresh mussels in garlic wine and napoli or bianco sauce, as well as Byron Bay burrata & prosciutto focaccia or charcuterie board. 

Pasta dishes include fettuccine el gamberi or carbionara; vdka gnocchi; mushroom canneloni, spaghetti vongole or Nanna's lasagne; while the impressive range of pizzas include gamberi, capricciosa, tartufo and margherita. There's also mains like Pollo e Spaghetti, Fish of the Day or 300g Ribe Yey with chips and chimichurri.

Good to know - Look out for the great value Friday lunch specials. Osteria Del Mare also does catering for home, party or business events.
