The Golden Aurora High Tea

The Golden Aurora High Tea at Sheraton Grand Mirage from April 1 to May 31 invites guests on a gastronomic escape to a pastel-hued dreamscape.

Drawing inspiration from the golden glow of sunrise, the menu features delicate, handcrafted creations: a celebration of seasonal and locally-sourced delicacies, with sun-kissed fruits and vibrant farm-to-table ingredients.

The experience is elevated with the Gilded Spritz, a radiant cocktail crafted by the resort’s mixologists, featuring gin, Angostura bitters, lemon, honey, and organic prosecco, elegantly garnished with a golden rim and raspberries dipped in edible gold dust. Guests can also savour free-flowing Talbott herbal teas and freshly brewed coffee, perfectly complementing the delicate, handcrafted creations.

Whether savouring a sparkling sip or indulging in a meticulously layered pastry, every element of this high tea is designed to awaken the senses and evoke the serenity of a new day and new beginnings.
