Inspired by the timeless allure of the world's great rivieras, the new Marina Mirage is set to create a new level of luxury living on the Gold Coast.
After 37 years as an iconic dining, shopping and marina precinct, Makris Group’s Marina Mirage officially closed its doors this week to begin a $500 million transformation of the Gold Coast waterfront that aims to position Main Beach as a global lifestyle destination ahead of the 2032 Brisbane Olympics.
The new precinct will feature seven chef-led dining destinations and eight atelier boutiques that blend international luxury with local artisanal craft.
Wellness is getting a serious upgrade too, with a massive 2,000-square-metre longevity precinct which includes clinical-grade recovery, biohacking, and concierge fitness.
The 78-berth superyacht marina remains the star of the show and able to accommodate vessels up to 85 metres, the marina features helipad access for yacht-to-villa connectivity.
With a scheduled completion for 2029, this project is set to create 2,500 jobs during construction and hundreds of ongoing roles once the doors swing open.
