Rooftop Bottomless Brunch Club

Rise and shine for a banging brunch glow up and good times with Rooftop Bottomless Brunch Club held every Sunday on the Island Rooftop. 

Join the club that soaks up last night’s bad decisions, brings you back to life and kick-starts your Sunday in the sun. Bottomless Brunch Club is the best thing to happen since the four slice toaster, but with more snap, crackle, and pop. Feast your way through deliciously oozy, carb-laden goodness while vibing to infectious beats and washing it all down with fruity, colourful, and totally delectable bottomless cocktails. And because brunch equals two meals, you can eat twice as much!

Rooftop Bottomless Brunch Club is hosted every Sunday at the Island Rooftop with a choice between two sittings, 11:30am to 1:30pm or 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

The Rooftop Bottomless Brunch Club 2 hours all-inclusive package for $79 per person with food served share-style at your table and a 2 hour bottomless drinks package with cocktails. 

The menu includes: Truffle and mozzarella croquettes – prosciutto, bearnaise, shiso (vo), Flatbreads – beetroot hummus, goats cheese, chickpeas, dukkah (dfo, v, veo), Smoked salmon and dill crème fraîche croissant – caviar and chives, Smoked bacon and hash brown slider – tomato and chilli relish, American cheese (dfo, gfo, vo), Housemade arancini – truffle mayo, watercress (gf, v), and Fried halloumi – piccalilli, pepitas (gfo).

You'll be offered arrival Verdita Shots of tequila, pineapple, coriander, jalapeno, mint with a tajin salt rim. 

Cocktail jugs are available, including:  Mimosa  – French sparkling wine, orange Juice; Margosa – a margarita and the mimosa combination with tequila, triple sec, orange, lime, sparkling wine, agave; Bloody Mary – the perfect hangover cure, made with spice to your taste – spiced tomato juice, lemon, Worcestershire, olive brine, onion brine, salt, pepper, sriracha, celery; Margarita Spritz – tequila, triple sec, lime, soda, optional house-made jalapeno syrup; and the famous Breakfast Martini Spritz – a perfectly acceptable way to start your day, with Beefeater Gin, triple sec, breakfast marmalade, lemon and soda.

If you prefer wine, choices include Sparkling Prince De Richemont Blanc De Blanc; Pasqua Pinot Grigio, Babich Sauvignon Blanc; Babich Rose or Motley Cru Shiraz and First Creek Harvest Cabernet Sauvignon.

On tap you'll find Valley Hops range of beer, Stone & Wood Pacific Ale, Byron Bay Lager, James Squire 150 Lashes Pale Ale, Hahn Super Dry, Hahn Super Dry 3.5%, XXXX Gold, and Monteith’s Cider.
