Parkwood Golf & Surf Village

Parkwood Village is set to be transformed into a world-class integrated golf and surf village, with the mixed-use development having received Development Approval.

The project, which will be anchored by the Gold Coast’s first surf park, will also include an upgraded 18-hole golf course, as well as residential, hotel, retail, medical, entertainment and dining facilities. 

Taking the best parts of surf culture, golf, leisure and entertainment from around the world to create the ultimate integrated resort, Parkwood Village will feature an Endless Wave surf pool, along with retail, dining outlets and more.

The Endless Surf lagoon at Parkwood Village is purpose-designed with world class surfing as well as efficiency in mind and will offer up world-class surf for all skill levels, for newcomers to the Australian pastime to seasoned Gold Coast surfers alike.
