Palm Valley Surf & Golf Resort

Palm Valley is Australia's first integrated golf and surf resort, backed by world surfing champion Mick Fanning and set to open at Parkwood International Golf Club, with construction set to start in late 2026.

The project, which will be anchored by the Gold Coast’s first surf park, will also include an upgraded 18-hole golf course, as well as residential, hotel, retail, medical, entertainment and dining facilities. 

Taking the best parts of surf culture, golf, leisure and entertainment from around the world to create the ultimate integrated resort, Palm Valley will feature an Endless Wave surf pool, along with retail, dining outlets and more.

The Endless Surf lagoon at Palm Valley is purpose-designed with world class surfing as well as efficiency in mind and will offer up world-class surf for all skill levels, for newcomers to the Australian pastime to seasoned Gold Coast surfers alike.
