House of Hälsa is a unique and stylish Scandi-style wellness cafe located on the Gold Coast Highway in Mermaid Beach.
Taking its name from house of health in Swedish, House of Hälsa is the Gold Coast's go-to for health-forward dining in luxe minimalist surrounds, including an opulent 70's style burgundy sunken lounge near the window.
The Swedish influence carries through to the food menu, with exquisitely presented dishes like Parmesan, jam, rye, and eggs or blackberry toast with goats cheese and rosemary, sitting alongside Peruvian-inspired dishes like watermelon ceviche, yoghurt bowls and salads.
As for drinks, superfood smoothies are a must-try, with signature flavours such as Strawberries And Cream, Mango Mango and Millionaire Shortbread along with a rotating menu of superfood-based smoothies.
Good to know - there is also a small curated selection of pantry items available to take home, including protein powders and healthy snacks.
Need to know - A small kids menu is available as well as treats for pooches.
