There’s plenty of seating with a gorgeous view of the iconic pine trees that line the beach and a relaxing sea breeze to keep you cool.

From the “Toast & Things” section of the menu, the Avo Toast with whipped feta and a cured egg yolk is one of the most popular choices. Or, for a wholesome breakfast to set you up for a stellar day, the Mango Coconut Oats from the “Something More” menu, with coconut yoghurt and fresh mango, are not to be missed!

For the fans of a savoury breakfast, a very healthy serving of the Stracciatella Toast with Byron Bay Stracciatella and heirloom tomatoes, topped off with a bit of heat from the chilli oil, is a perfect combo. It’s also worth noting that Sunnyboy Espresso’s lunch menu is available after 11am. On the lunch menu, delicious options include the Sunnyboy Smash Burger, the Nashville Chicken Burger and even a Fried Cauliflower Burger.

But perhaps the most unique item on the breakfast menu is the Sticky Pork Hoagie. A delectable balance of roasted pork belly with plum sauce and sesame fried eggs, this sandwich is every pork lover’s dream. Another hoagie option is the Classic Brunch Hoagie with double smoked bacon and scrambled eggs.

Sunnyboy Espresso also offers up plenty of drink options, including their signature Filter Coffee (you can even opt for bottomless) as well as a Peach Ice Tea and a range of Cold Pressed Juices. If you’re after something to elevate your breakfast or lunch, the Pink Mimosa is a must try!
