Uni's Bakehouse
Surfers Paradise
Updated: Jan 27, 2026
Uni's Bakehouse is a bright and cheery little vegan bakehouse and cafe located just off the main strip in Surfers Paradise, from the folks behind Blendlove.
As well as picking up something delicious to take away, customers can take a seat in the slick minimalist blue and yellow interior or outside there there's a handful of tables on the footpath.
Featuring a plant-based menu of sweet and savoury baked goods, Uni's specialises in artisan sourdough bread, croissants, sweet swirls and spiced cruffins, as well as sausage rolls, cookies and crookies (a combo of croissant and cookie).
Those who choose to dine in can partake in a cafe menu of light meals, such as housemade focaccia (including avo and almond feta, pesto & tomato, plain or brown sugar cinnamon); and organic croissants (including butter & jam, truffle mushroom or smashed avo).
There's also acai bowls, topped with fresh seasonal fruit and a choice of granola or choc buckinis or must-try banana Biscoff toast.
It's hard to go past their gooey vegan cookies, which are also available by the box, and come in flavours like Oreo cream, salted peanut butter, caramel popcorn and classic chocolate chip.
To accompany, there's a choice of coffee, black sesame latte and matcha (try the strawberry!).
Need to know - There is limited street parking available nearby.
