Doughed

Doughed is a bakehouse and cafe dishing up flavour-packed donuts, focaccia toasties, chunky cookies and delicious drinks in Hope Island. 

Located at the far end of the Hope Island Marketplace car park, Doughed is the ultimate pitstop to curb your sweet and savoury cravings. 

The sleek and minimalist interior is the perfect backdrop to the gleaming glass cabinet which showcases the daily selection of donuts and cookies. The chunky New York-style cookies come in flavours such as Hot Cocoa, Ferrero, Funfetti, Biscoff, Salted Caramel Pretzel and Red Velvet - just to name a few. 

The donuts cover flavours from classic cinnamon and vanilla glaze to strawberries & cream, Gaytime, apple crumble and Creme Brulee. 

For those who prefer savoury, a delicious offering of toasted sandos are available. Dig into a classic Reuben, chicken schnitzel, Mortadella Medley, The Vego, Early Riser or The Benny - all wrapped in a fluffy focaccia loaf. 

When it comes to the beverages, they are just as exciting. The more traditional folk can grab a smooth latte or iced coffee, but the stand outs are definitely the iced strawberry matcha and tiramisu latte - which are certainly worth a try. 

Nice to know: While Doughed is designed to grab-n-go with ease, those who prefer to dine in can sit in the outside seating with their pup or there is limited seating available inside.
