Hosting a kitchen, coffee bar and fully stocked licensed bar, the Little Mermaid has any possible craving covered.  To kick-start your morning, the baristas will brew you a handcrafted coffee, freshly roasted from the team at Tim Adams Specialty Coffee.  ‘The Doctor’ is the house blend of choice, with beans originating from Colombia, Brazil and India and with tasting notes of zesty orange, brown sugar and spice, making it the perfect companion to one of the memorable meals on the all-day breakfast menu.

Little Mermaid’s healthy beach-side breakfast offerings include Açaí and Brunch bowls as well as traditional options like the much-loved Eggs Benedict, Smoky Bacon and Egg Roll and Avocado on Toast.  Tasty lunch options include the Burrata, spiced cauliflower and wild Australian salmon.  There are also chicken and salmon poke bowls and Karaage chicken and royal beef burgers.  There is also a thoughtful kid’s menu and extensive beverage menu.  Fancy a breakfast cocktail?
