Nook Espresso
Burleigh Heads
Nook Espresso is the hole in the wall that started it all for bean hunters more than ten years ago... Burleigh Beach's early 'morning Joe' space is tiny, but big enough to make great coffee!
Located in the Pavilion building right on the beach, there's no seating, but that hasn't stopped Nook being the centre of a social scene. Great coffee means lines are a regular occurrence, but no one minds a few moments chatting or chillaxing while they wait for their caffeine fix or morning snack.

The location is perfect! Burleigh hill is a natural destination for families and folks walking their furry friends, and if you want to grab a coffee in your swimmers and relax watching the waves then Nook is your spot.

What Nook lacks in size, it makes up for in quality – selecting to use only Bun coffee, the best machines and talented Baristas. You can also get a killer snack, with Bircher muesli or Granola yoghurt cups available, raw breakfast bars and muesli slices on offer, and more bliss ball options than you knew existed – like almond and date, vanilla and date, cashew and goji, macadamia protein, peanut protein, salted caramel, chocolate orange and of course the vegan bliss ball.
Success multiplies, and so in 2011 owners Paola and Marcus opened a second Nook in Burleigh's Stockland Mall.

With slightly more space and a seating area, Stockland's Nook Espresso serves a greater array of daily pastries and goodies, including Açaí bowls, Bircher muesli, banana bread, fruit toast, toasted sandwiches, croissants, protein balls, muesli bars, breakfast wraps, cookies, muffins, grilled veg and feta sourdough and superfood meals. Nook also serves sought after smoothies – like Açaí, Breakfast, Green and Protein smoothies – along with a selection of cold-pressed juices and iced drinks.

If you haven't found the perfect nook yet, this one's for you!
