For those who have yet to try Cuban cuisine, you're in for a treat! As the first Spanish colony in the Caribbean, Cuba's food and culture is influenced by a diverse range of flavours. While it has strong Spanish influence, there are also touches of France, tastes of Africa, Italy and even China.
The mouthwatering menu features a range of tapas plates, paella, authentic Cuban dishes, plates from the grill, nachos and tacos, desserts and sides, or leave the decision-making to the professionals by opting for the banquet menu for $60 per person.
You can indulge in the likes of chargrilled Spanish chorizo served on focaccia with aioli, chimichurrin and herbs; lemon and saffron calamari with aioli and herb salad; fresh tuna ceviche with lime juice, red onion, cilantro and cucumber; homemade empanada filled with spiced lamb mince and brava hot sauce, king prawns cooked in garlic lemon and thyme; 12-hour braised pork belly with apple, cinnamon jus and herbs and wagyu rump 9+ served with salsa verde and chimichurri - just to name a few!
