El Ranchero is a secret Hacienda-style cocktail garden whose patron saint is Dolly Parton, tucked away next to Mo's Desert Clubhouse in the backstreets of Burleigh Heads industrial precinct.
An offshoot of and located adjacent to Mo's Desert Clubhouse, a creative hub that incorporates a live music and art performance warehouse,event space, recording, rehersal and photography studios, El Ranchero is open to the public on Fridays and available for private functions at other times.
Their cosy fairylit sundeck features seating for any size of party. Here you can sit back and enjoy their range of tequilas, ice cold sangrias, margaritas and tasty Mexican street food from the onsite taco van.
On the extensive drinks list are a selection of tequila-based cocktails with house signature margaritas and sangria (by the glass or jug), tequilas, craft beers and hand-picked wines.
Good to know - Keep an eye out for all the fantastic events, concerts and performances happening at Mo's Desert Clubhouse each month.
Need to know - There is plenty of onstreet parking available nearby.
