Rabbath
Burleigh
With fine Lebanese food, outstanding service, and an intimate dining experience, Rabbath at Burleigh Heads will give you a refined dining experience that feels as if you are a VIP.
When seated in the restaurant, you will feel as if you are dining in a refined home environment. With warm wooden furnishings, the lovely owners who address all customers by name, and cozy tables, this eatery's welcoming ambience and exclusivity is undeniable.
Serving up Lebanese delicacies, the bistro serves mouth watering meals designed to share, such as Kafta (char-grilled lamb and spices served with Babaganouj), Ban'jan (slow cooked eggplant & tomato ragout, served chilled), and Jweneh (char-grilled wingettes, served with Hoummus). Indulge in sides such as traditional Lebanese mountain bread, which is baked daily in their kitchen, or, if you are craving something sweet, turkish delights or 'Baklawa', Rabbath's signature pastry dessert.
In terms of drinks, Rabbath features an incredible selection of beers, wines, cocktails, and mocktails. Some of their creative cocktail elixirs include Lebanese flavours to match perfectly with the food, such as 'Baalbek’s Old Fashion' (smoked rosemary & date-infused Bourbon), 'Oasis' (Grey Goose flash infused w/ green tea, watermelon, mint), or Lebanese Lady (Bombay Sapphire, fresh strawberries & fresh rosemary).
For groups of larger than 2, you can enjoy a 'Dinner by Rabbath', which is a four-stage Lebanese dining experience for $69pp, with delicious matching wine for an extra $49pp.
