Sitting directly above the revitalised Kirra Beach Hotel within the Kirra Point precinct is the chic rooftop dining experience - Kirra Beach House, offering an inspired Mediterranean-style food menu, an exceptional selection drinks and panoramic views of the beachfront.

Embodying the coveted Kirra lifestyle, Kirra Beach House offers a laid-back, effortless and elevated beachfront experience with chic cabanas, cocktail bars, and high-end event spaces. The stunning design and interior décor is a stylish yet quietly understated ode to coastal living.

Encapsulating the best of every Gold Coast era rolled into one massive high-ceilinged open-sided space, Kirra Beach House features frosted glass doors, arched doorways, linen curtains, mosaic tiled bar, hanging plants, floral palm tree wallpaper and modernist mid century inspired dining furniture.  

A match for the decor, the inventive Mediterranean-style grazing menu offers fresh seafood platters, wood-fired flatbreads and pizzas and signature burgers.

Diners can sit on the terrace where almost every table has a view, and order via QR code at the table or indoors in the restaurant area where there is table service.

The extensive selection of delectable small plates to share includes fresh market oysters with mignonette; tempura bug rolls; kingfish ceviche (with citrus dressing, orange & thyme); burrata (black fig, aged balsamic & lemon sorrel); and snapper croquettes (leek & saffron rouille).

House pizzas are worth a try, with gourmet toppings such as prawns, red sauce, zucchini, mozzarella and basil salsa verde; mushroom, taleggio, mozzarella and truffle; or pear, gorgonzola, rocket and truffle honey.

Large plates include burgers (KBH cheese or fried fish); steak frites; half roast chicken with sweet corn gremalata & watercress; and market fish (with cherry tomatoes, capers, green olive and fennel).

There may be only two desserts but both are worth ordering - Kirra Cherry Ripe (chocolate cake, vanilla chantilly & cherry sorbet) and the adults-only Boozy Baba (passionfruit sorbet, elderflower & liqueur syrup).

Complementing the curated menu is a coastal-inspired wine and holiday-inspired cocktail list with crafted spritzes and impressive Australian wines.

Beach house signature cocktails include Champagne Pina Colada; Kirra Iced Vovo and Coastal Vibes (featuring Margot Robbie's Papa Salt gin together with fresh citrus, lemon myrtle, ocean vibes and coastal salt).

There's also a selection of classic cocktails including martini (espresso, lychee or Mex); spritzes and margarita as well as boozy slushies like strawberry daiquiri, pina colada and pornstar martini.

Good to know - Downstairs from Kirra Beach house is the old skool pub Kirra Beach Hotel.
