Nestled amongst the indoor forest of The Oxley at Nobby Beach, is Bobby Bang’s. From the owners of Lucky Bao, Bobby Bang’s is your go to for all things breakfast, lunch and matcha.

Owners Emmi Munday and Daud Kendall, have combined their passions for wellness and Asian cuisine, serving up a unique twist on contemporary breakfast and lunch offerings. The XO Omelette in particular, is an incredible example of the magic that is created when combining these two ideas.

Emmi’s love of all things health and wellness was also one of the inspirations behind the array of delicious matcha drinks that are available at Bobby Bang’s. Every detail of the ceremonial matcha station is meticulously curated with the help of naturopath Nya Rituals (@nyarituals). The matcha is even hand-whisked at 65 degrees to boost the antioxidants and ensure the energy stays with you all day. The drinks menu standout is the strawberry matcha!

Every meal is delicious but the sandos at Bobby Bang’s are a melt-in-your-mouth must-try dish! The sando menu options include the panko-crumbed prawns as well as the slow cooked pork katsu, but it’s hard to go past the panko-crumbed wagyu burger with cabbage slaw and curry mayonnaise.

From curating every item on the menu to designing each detail of the shop front, Bobby Bang’s is a representation of Emmi and Daud’s love of food and service!
