The Collective Palm Beach has expanded its multi-restaurant offering with the launch of Onda, a new health-focused kitchen designed with the Gold Coast's active community in mind.

Onda, Italian for ‘wave’, is a response to the demand for fresh and healthy meal options. Drawing inspiration from Asian, Mediterranean, European & South American flavours, Onda tailors to modern lifestyles, striving to make healthy eating convenient and delicious, with salads and protein-rich bowls for those on-the-go moments.

The Collective Palm Beach is a truly unique, iconic Gold Coast destination - a multi-restaurant venue under one roof. With its established reputation for delicious food and drinks with international flavours, and great times for all guests. The venue also offers an expansive rooftop bar. 

Onda joins four other kitchens at The Collective. Fat Tomato serves classic Italian cuisine with pizza and pasta options, Umami serves share-style Asian fusion menu, Luckies Diner allows patrons to experience the classic American diner, whilst Scoop Dog Ice Cream provides a sweet treat for dessert.

The addition of Onda widens The Collective’s dining options by providing a health-conscious alternative within the venue. From miso salmon bowls to Mexican salads, there is a wide variety of delicious meals that will help you glow from the inside out.
