Forreal Kitchen is located on one of the most popular and enticing eat streets on the coast, occupying Nobby’s corner underneath Santorini on Chairlift Ave.

The daytime offering from famous foodie sisters who co-own the refurbished iconic Arc nightspot right next door, Forreal Kitchen boasts that it is the best breakfast and lunch spot in Nobby Beach thanks to their nourishing fresh ingredients and curated meals.

This delightful café offers casual curb-side seating under palms and shady striped umbrellas.  You can also choose the ‘jungle vibe’ of the comfortable and cute inside setting with plush bench-style seats under a vertical garden with rattan shades and pastel pink-flamingo-palm adorned wallpaper.

Forreal Kitchen's has an extensive breakfast menu with some traditional favourites – like Avo smash, French toast, Sweet Corn Fritters, eggs Benedict or 'your way' and bacon and egg rolls – and some pleasant surprises – like Bone Broth, Potato Rosti, Hot Green Probiotic Mess, Apple Crumble Hot Cakes, pumpkin smash and sourdough ciabatta.  One of the staple favourites is the Summer Bircher with Kombucha, which comes soaked with fresh fruits, local honey, coconut yoghurt, Byron Bay granola and optional extras like Nutella for those with a sweet tooth. 

There are also some tasty chai pod options and at least ten Smoothie Bowl combinations from the popular Ancient Acai and Pink Pittaya to the more interesting Blue Eye Betty with blue Majik spirulina and the Black Bite with activated charcoal.  Forreal also has an enticing menu for lunch diners, offering breads, chips and salads, at least ten tapas options (oysters, calamari, prawns, chicken, pork, salmon sashimi, halloumi and corn ribblets) and five bao selections (pork, halloumi, fish, chicken or Jackfruit and eggplant).  There are vegan and gluten-free options and a thoughtful kids’ menu. And being licensed, Forreal also allows you to match your meal to your beverage or cocktail of choice!
