HOTA Hawker Night Markets

Get ready to treat all five senses at the HOTA Hawker Night Markets on Saturday 13 June, when the coast comes alive with colour, culture, cuisine and entertainment in an open-air celebration inspired by the bustling hawker centres of Southeast Asia. 

This will be a buzzing open-air hawker haven with flavours from all around the globe – think steamy pork dumplings, sizzling seafood, saucy noodle stir fry, and crispy banh mi. It is a street feast for your senses, with over 150 gourmet stalls dishing up bold international flavours, fresh artisan finds, and handmade goodies.

Wander through a maze of stalls full of mouth-watering eats, with the glow of colourful lanterns lighting your way. Got your hands full with skewers, noodles and bubble tea? Good. That’s how it’s meant to be.

Then kick back on the lawn with your haul of gourmet goodies and fresh finds and take in that million-dollar view over Evandale Lake and the sparkling Surfers Paradise skyline. While you snack, soak in a stellar lineup of live local bands, plus, spot roving street performers with fire tricks, stilts, and more.
