Madam Fu is a modern Asian fusion eatery, located on the waters of Isle of Capri, that showcases a share-style menu packed with local produce and native ingredients. 

Sister venue of Chevron Island's Fu Manchu Oriental, this leaf-laden eatery boasts a stunning timber and green colour palette, laid-back tropical vibes and water views. 

When it comes to the food, a menu of captivating plates invite diners to sample a selection of share-style dishes that blend traditional techniques with modern Asian flair. 

Dive into a mouthwatering array of dishes such as crispy wonton tacos, steamed bao buns and house-made dumplings, followed by a selection of meals from the sea, on the land, of the earth and hot from the wok. Finish off the feasting festivities with a chocolate and salted caramel parfait, mascarpone cream cheesecake or peanut butter banoffee sundae - yum!
