The Corner is a funky little collective of businesses - a cafe, boutique and plant shop - on the corner of the Gold Coast Highway at Palm Beach.
Occupying a landmark building that housed the Palm Beach Fruit Bowl in the 1970's and most recently, surfboard shop and school the Surf Society, The Corner is well worth a stop for a bite to eat and browse.
The cafe, Liquid Things, offers al fresco dog-friendly dining and serves up delicious sweet and savoury snacks such as brekky burgers and nutella cruffins, as well as top notch coffee and cool drinks.
Be sure to save time for a browse in the boutique, which stocks gorgeous locally made boho beachy fashion (men, womens and kids), accessories, jewellery, gifts and homewares.
Meantime the plant shop also sells a small selection of gourmet pantry items, artisan homewares and decor.
Need to know - There is a limited amount of parking in 15th Avenue and on the Gold Coast Highway.
