Jungle King Street Thai

Jungle King is a Thai restaurant serving authentic street food and Thai-style bowls at Treetops Plaza in Burleigh Waters. 

Make your own bowl by day, and once the sun goes down, enjoy a flavour-packed menu of street eats, curries and more! 

The space formerly occupied by health food emporium Brio, has been transformed into an elegant modern diner with touches of gold throughout, dark walls, an indoor/outdoor dining area and wall art displaying the food scene in Thailand. 

For lunch, dig into a range of signature bowls like the Belly Fire (tuna sashimi, carrot, beet, red radish, pickled ginger, cherry tomato, red cabbage, sweet potato, tobiko, sriracha mayo, soy sesame chilli dressing, topped with furikake), Dance Studio (fried chicken, rocket, kale, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, pineapple, beet, avocado, corn, edamame, red bean, wakame with sriracha mayo and vegan lime mayo, topped with fried shallot and sesame seed), and Forest Splendor (King fish sashimi, rocket leave, pineapple, alfalfa sprout, cucumber, edamame, chilli, wakame and pickled ginger with wasabi mayo, roasted sesame dressing, topped with wasabi pea). 

You can even build your own bowl from a selection of fresh ingredients. 

At dinner time, Jungle King offers a sumptuous selection of traditional Thai street bites from bacon and mushroom skewers and sashimi platters to Thia coconut curry, Panang curry, Pad Thai and Jungle King's signature spicy jungle curry.
