Rosella's

Rosella's is an Australiana-inspired bar dishing up Aussie-themed cocktails and delectable bar bites in Burleigh Heads. 

The intimate space, located on the highway in Burleigh, features a dark timber toned bar and tables, colourful vintage pendant lighting and funky Aussie-themed artwork. 

Punters can choose to sit on the bench-style tables that line the wall, people watch at the front of the venue or perch along the bar to watch the talented cocktail curators in action. 

When it comes to the food, an ever-changing menu of unique plates are available that also follow Rosella's Aussie theme. Some standouts include the Pork Dimmies, (King) Prawns on the Barbie, the Sirloin Steak, Good Ol' Chicken Parmi and 'Made Gold' Damper. Sweet tooths can finish off with a Vegemite Miso Caramel Slice or Rosella's signature Fantale. 

While the food is exquisite, the cocktails are certainly the stars of the show, with a carefully curated menu which takes your tastebuds on a journey around Oz. Using all Aussie spirits, take a pit stop at locations like Kakadu (Kakadu Plum Vodka, Granny Smith Aplle, Anise Myrtle, bay leaf & Petrichor), Uluru (Bush Apple Gin, Davidson plum cordial, native ponzu, emu apple, native peach, lime and strawberry gum wizz fizz), Daintree Rainforest (FNQ agave, sherry, coconut & white chocolate foam, banana miso butterscotch & Daintree vanilla) and Pink Lake (WW Pinque Gin, Rosella & plum Mistelle, waxflower & white choc, strawberry & salt) - just to name a few! 

Traditionalists can still indulge in the Rosella classics including the Blinky Bill, Kylie Minogue Martini and Fantales cocktail. Wine lovers can sip on a sumptuous selection of fizzy, white, orange and red wines, while beer drinkers can enjoy a range of tap beers, local tinnies and the classics which include Fosters, VB, Melbourne Bitter and XXXX. 

Need to know: There is paid on-street parking available on James St, which is a short walk from Rosella's.
