Green Fields Bar + Restaurant

Green Fields Bar + Restaurant is a rooftop bar and eatery dishing up a delicious seasonal menu spotlighting local ingredients and stunning hinterland views.  

Located on level 4 of the TAFE Queensland Robina campus, Green Fields is run by a talented roster of industry professionals and hospitality workers, alongside campus students, providing the opportunity to undertake work experience in a live venue, giving them hands-on training and the essential skills necessary to excel in their future careers.

The contemporary interior features stunning warm lighting, a gorgeous tiled bar, warm timber tables and festoon lighting draped above the balcony. The star of the show however is the lush hinterland and mountain views which offer the perfect spot to perch for sunset sips. 

When it comes to the food, the menu is ever-changing with the very best local and seasonal produce showcased. Indulge in the likes of roasted beetroot salad with whipped chèvre, glazed walnuts, navel orange, sourdough crumb, caramelised apple and balsamic; Bangalow pork belly with tamarind caramel, green papaya, cucumber, orange and cashew salad, braised barramundi in vermouth, mushrooms, celeriac and crispy royal blue potato; and roasted pumpkin risotto with marinated shiitake mushrooms and aged taleggio. 

Sweet tooths can sink their teeth into vanilla crème brûlée; warm banana and macadamia cake; miso caramel and condensed milk ice cream; croissant mille-feuille with chocolate cremeux and hazelnut ice cream; and Affogato. The best part? Diners can enjoy a set lunch menu of 2 courses for $35 or 3 courses for $39, or a set dinner menu of 2 courses for $55 or 3 for $65, including canapes.
