The Tropic

The kitchen is headed by esteemed two hatted chef Guillaume Zika, and crafts meals with the freshest local ingredients. The selection of fresh seafood dishes are a highlight, such as ocean king prawns, seared market fish, and kingfish tartare. If seafood isn't your thing, you can indulge in a selection of their divine mains, such as pork belly with preserved vegetable slaw and apple sauce, mushroom spaghetti with Jerusalem artichokes, Wagyu rump, or broccolini with roast capsicum tahini. With an additional completely vegan menu, there is something for everyone to enjoy. 

If you fancy a drink, The Tropic provides an outstanding range of beers, wines and cocktails. Their ongoing list features cocktails such as 'The Palms' (Belvedere Pure, passionfruit liqueur, vanilla, and Moët) and 'Ginger Biscuit' (Plantation Pineapple Rum, Fireball, Amaretto, ginger, and cinnamon).
