Palm Beach Surf Club
Palm Beach
Updated: Jun 28, 2026
Out of all the surf clubs dotted along the Gold Coast beachfront, Palm Beach Surf Club is one of the smallest and best.
The convivial club features terraced deck seating directly overlooking the sand dunes and beach and the bistro meals are amongst the better offerings of the Gold Coast clubs.
Open for lunch and dinner, at any time of day it makes for a great spot to sit and enjoy a leisurely meal or a sunset drink. For lunch, there's a range of burgers (including earth, classic beef, or southern-style chicken), fish and chips or prawn cutlets.
For both lunch and dinner, dishes include steaks (rump or scotch fillet), pancetta verde risotto, roasted cauliflower served on spiced romesco or seared barramundi. There are also 'club classics' such as chicken schnitty, salt and pepper squid or pizzas and a selection of tasty salads and bowls.
Meanwhile, tapas-style dishes to share include hot honey brie, korean fried chicken, cheesy garlic bread, wedges or sweet potato fries. There are also daily specials for all to enjoy.
Good to know - Palm Beach Surf Club offers a coutesy bus service to selected Gold Coast suburbs for club members.
Need to know - there is a free car park adjacent.
