Frida Sol

Frida Sol is a lively Mexican rooftop bar and taqueria found tucked away upstairs in a Palm Beach shopping plaza. 

Resembling a Mexican beach bar, Frida Sol pays homage to Frida Kahlo, with images of the Mexican legend adorning the walls.

On the menu you'll find delicious street food to share, starting with traditional snacks like guacamole, grilled corn (with cilentro crema, queso & smoked paprika), chorizo croquettes, beef empanada and the signature La Frida Quesadillas.

For something more substantial there's a selection of burrito bowls, including Pescado (fresh grilled barramundi fish served w/ quinoa,  crispy kale, guacamole, tomato pico , frida’s coleslaw, pickled onion, lime & corn tortilla) and Funghi (​marinated mushrooms w/ rice, black beans, pumpkin, rocket, pickled cabbage, agave onion, chimmichurri & marinated feta).

House specialty are the taqueria, including coliflor (crispy cauliflower), calamares and cerdo tirado (pulled pork with tomatillo salsa), with a premium option including marinated prawns, steak chimmichurri or eggplant & haloumi. There are also copious plates of delicious nachos as well as chiplotle salt and pepper calamari or spicy chicken wings with habenero cream.

For drinks, there's a selection of wine, beers and an epic range of margaritas including classic, coconut, verdita (hot and smoky) or frozen margaritas as well as sangria by the glass or jug and signature cocktails such as the Kahlo martini.
