From their individual stations and in between whipping up international dishes, chefs take time to interact with diners to discuss the amazing flavours.
Catering to any dietary requirements, the chefs are also ready to please with made-to-order entrees and mains. The highlight is the premium steak, instantly cooked to a diners liking and brought to the table on a breadboard.
The restaurant also boasts a cool room, which showcases premium meats, wood fired pizza ovens, an Asian yum cha and wok station, fresh seafood served on ice with house-made sauces and organic, gluten free and vegetarian salads.
The two dessert sections are a must try at Bazaar, with an icecream and candy bar at one end, boasting giant lollipops, coke bottles and jaffa candy in hip red and white striped cups.
Meanwhile the other end features a gourmet degustation with apple pie, chocolate pudding in mini glass jars and chocolate and peanut butter delights.
