Cherry Blossom Festival

Be transported to Japan - no passport needed - at The Collective Palm Beach rooftop, which, from April 2 until the beginning of winter, will be transformed into a cherry blossom wonderland. 

Encapsulating the spirit of springtime in Japan, everywhere you turn you'll be met with cascading cherry blossoms and traditional Japanese decor, paired with a refreshing selection of Roku gin cocktails, sake and Kirin beer. 

The Collective's Umami restaurant will also offer a carefully curated snack menu featuring Japanese-inspired snacks like Panko Nori Prawn and Tempura Salmon - capping off the ultimate feast for your senses. 

As part of the experience, the Collective is also offering intimate beginner's classes on April 10 and April 24, where guests can learn the art of sculpting a bonsai tree. Guided by  experts, guests will discover the basics of bonsai cultivation, shaping, and maintenance.  

Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a Roku cocktail and a selection of bites from the Umami menu, plus they will get to take their bonsai tree home to enjoy.
