Cafe Bar DokiDoki

Cafe Bar DokiDoki is a cute little Japanese cafe in Palm Beach, specialising in souffle pancakes and other Japanese delights. 

Customers can take a seat outside on the covered footpath area or inside where the quirky rustic decor adds a side of charm to the food.

House signature here is the premium souffle pancakes, including sweet ones like Mataha-yuzu chocolate (matcha cream, powdered matcha & raw chocolate yuzu sauce); tiramisu (marscapone cheese, whipped cream, strawberry and cacao sauce); and the classic with whipped cream, Canadian maple syrup and seasonal fruits or fruit compote. 

There's also a choice of savoury fluffy pancakes - carbonara premium (bacon, mushroom, cream, parmesan, egg yolk sauce, dill & house salad) or the super feed (smashed avo, house salad, beetroot paste, whipped cream, maple syrup, buckwheat, soy roasted sesame, nut dukkah & black pepper).

Another house specialty is the mochi crepes (made with rochi rice flour) , with fillings of bacon, egg & spinach; kransky sausage & scrambled egg; eggplant with onion & ginger sauce; prosciutto & parmesan; smoked salmon & sour cream; and for sweet-tooths, matcha ice-cream, strawberry and azukin paste.

There's also a choice of chicken or tofu karaage noodles; Burgers (including teriyaki or karaage chicken or bacon and egg); rice bowls (including aburi salmon or ginger pork) and vegan nourish bowl or avocado on toast.

Drinks-wise there is an impressive list of teas, including crimson punch, mango melange, Caribbean cocktail, rooibos bilberry or lemongrass & ginger.

Otherwise there's milkshakes (including matcha or black sesame); mocktails (mojito, strawberry lemonade, cranberry or Palm Beach fizz); helathy smoothies, fresh squeezed juices, coffees and non-coffee lattes (including turmeric, matcha and chai).
