Situated in JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, Citrique Restaurant attracts both locals and guests with its chic dining experiences and is famous for its breakfast, lunch and seafood buffet experience.

Citrique's talented team of chefs, including Executive Chef Paul Smart (who honed his skills at The Ritz London) will elevate your dining experience with fresh and locally sourced Australian contemporary cuisine, from the most succulent seafood buffet to its ocean-paddock to plate a la carte dining.

Citrique's a la carte menu, available Monday through Thursday, consists of Small Plates - think natural oysters, seared sea scallops, Moreton Bay bug dumplings, and slow braised pork belly - along with Big Plates such as oven baked snow fish, lavender honey glazed duck breast, roasted rack lamb or beef tenderloin.

Meanwhile, mouthwatering desserts include Citrus Illusion (lemon curd, white chocolate, citrus sponge and myrtle meringue) and Chocolate Gold Bar (70% local chocolate delice, salted caramel, chocolate glaze, feuilletine, peanut ice-cream and gold leaf).

Friday through Sunday boasts the interactive seafood buffet experience. Sample a variety of fresh local seafood from ocean treasures like Pacific oysters, Mooloolaba tiger prawns, Blue Swimmer crabs, Moreton Bay bugs and more, plus succulent roasts, wood-fired pizzas, Asian-influenced cuisine and fresh salads. Starting with soups and finishing with a choice of desserts, diners will be pleasantly satisfied. The award-winning seafood buffet is available Saturday and Sunday lunch from 12pm, and Friday and Saturday dinner from 5.30pm.

As well as the sensational fare on offer, cocktails with purpose are designed by Citrique's talented mixologist using locally sourced beverages, and features ingredients grown within the Resorts JW Garden.
