Roaming woodfire dining experience, Embers Wood Fire Dining, will be hosting a 3-hour beef and fire masterclass, including a welcome drink, lunch and chef Q & A on Saturday March 30, 2024.
Enjoy the breathtaking scenic drive to Tamborine Mountain and experience a masterclass led by celebrated chefs Simon Furley, Kyle McNamara and Alex Hall.
If you’re interested in modern and ancient cooking techniques, sustainable practices, experiencing the unique flavours of Australia’s native ingredients and food provenance, as well as expanding your cooking knowledge - this masterclass is for you.
You will learn how to prepare and age Black Angus prime cuts, also utilising the secondary cuts, with hands on guidance to master the art of cooking over timber.
Embers' chefs will guide participants in creating succulent meats and perfect accompanying side dishes and sauces, using ethnically farmed Black Angus and biodynamic vegetables from our Scenic Rim farmers.
The mouthwatering masterclass will finish off with a delicious lunch and a chance to pick the brains of the chefs.
